Pre-orders are final sale

All Boaters "Whale" Drop pre-orders are final sale once placed. Because each pair is reserved specifically for this limited run, we can't offer refunds or cancellations after checkout, except for defective or incorrect items.

Defective or incorrect items

If your pair arrives defective or you received the wrong item, email us with your order number and we'll make it right.

Changes and cancellations

Want to cancel or change something? Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll help if we can.
