Shipping policy

Pre-order shipping

All Boaters "Whale" Drop pairs are pre-orders. Since we're producing this limited run based on demand, orders won't ship immediately after checkout.

Estimated ship date: To be announced. It will be listed on the product page before pre-orders open.

Delays

Ship dates are estimates, not guarantees. Production and carrier delays can happen, and we'll keep you updated if timing shifts.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email. From that point, the carrier is responsible for delivery. We're not able to control delays once it's in their hands.

Founders Drop orders

Founders Drop orders will ship mid-October, as previously announced.
